The asbestos cement cladding section has a flat base which contains a metal reinforcement consisting of several lengthwise parallel wires spaced apart by transverse link-wires. The one or more incorporated are assembled by electric soldering. Each of the metal formed of soldered wires is incorporated in the cladding by being placed between two layers of asbestos cement forming a plate. The plate is then compressed to exclude excess water. The wires of the may be of different diameter, and have reinforced adhesion. The cross-section of the wires can be polygonal. |
