METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TREATMENT OF CEMENTING PLUGGING SLURRY

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to treatment of cementing plugging slurries by magnetic field in cementation of wells. Used for this purpose are high-gradient magnetic fields. Aforesaid magnetic fields change their intensity within 0.6-1 kO and change their direction to reverse with periods of 6-12 cm in direction of slurry flow movement. Magnetic fields ensure gradient of intensity within 3-5 kO/cm. Device for realization of aforesaid method has external pipeline and housing. Housing is cylindrical in configuration. Arranged coaxially and alternately inside housing are magnets and magnetic circuits. Device ensures flowing of plugging slurry between external pipeline and housing. Housing is made of diamagnetic material and is impermeable. It has plugs at both ends. Magnets and magnetic circuits are located so as to allow for changing intensity and direction of magnetic field to reverse with periods of 6-12 cm. Aforesaid method and device improve efficiency of treating cementing plugging slurry and give reliability in operation of device. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwgl
