SUBSTANCE: essence of the claimed method consists in that wetting liquid for exclusion of dusting of flaked or granulated trotyl in charging the flooded holes in winter is used in the form of solution of saltpeter with concentration of at least 20% in the amount of at least 1 wt. % of explosive weight or solution of surfactant to prevent freezing of explosives and promotes better sinking of explosives in hole. Explosives are supplied to hole through funnel with diameter equalling not in excess of 0.7 hole diameter. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
