<p>A bituminous emulsion for the formation of a coupling layer in road construction contains specific additives for limiting the immediate sticking effect of the bitumen and/or reinforcing its consistency at a temperature lower than 70 degrees C. The additive is chosen from (a) specific compounds in the form of solid or fluid states depending on the temperature, in which they increase or decrease, respectively, the consistency of the emulsion ; and (b) water soluble polymers.</p> |
