<p>A stepping motor such that the smoothness of rotation of the rotor is improved. The width W0 of each of magnets (41, 42) in the axial direction of the rotating shaft satisfies the relation W2 > W0 > W1, where W1 is the distance where paired pole teeth (15, 16) lap with each other and paired pole teeth (25, 26) lap with each other, in the axial direction of the rotating shaft (3), the pole teeth (15, 16) and the pole teeth (25, 26) being provided corresponding to the magnets (41, 42), and W2 is the distance between the inner surfaces of paired outer yokes (13, 14) sandwiching the pole teeth (15, 16) and between the inner surfaces of paired outer yokes (23, 24) sandwiching the pole teeth (25, 16). <IMAGE></p> |
