<p>Ceramic composition for absorbing electromagnetic waves comprises: (a) raw powder containing (wt.%) 80 Fe2O3, 3-8 NiO, 15-25 ZnO and 3-8 CuO; and (b) a mixture around the powder containing (wt.%) 30-50 water, 0.2-0.6 dispersing agent, 0.5-1.0 plasticiser and 0.1-0.4 lubricant. Also claimed is a method manufacturing the above composition by homogeneously mixing the above mixture, where the plasticiser contains (wt.% with respect to the mixture in (b)) 0.5-1.0 polyvinyl alcohol and 0.0005-0.004 Bi2O3. The powder mixture is then ground, granulated, shaped, sintered and gradually cooled.</p> |
