PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce an acrylic resin artifical marble panel with high productivity. SOLUTION: An acrylic resin artificial marble panel polymerizable raw material mixture is continuously injected into continuous curing apparatuses 7-10 constituted of one sets of endless steel belts 1 and accessory devices and continuously cured corresponding to the movement of the steel belts to produce a plate-shaped semi-manufactured product which is, in turn, passed through an edge trimming and surface polishing process to continuously produce an acrylic resin artificial marble panel. In this method, two or more regions are provided and curing chambers each provided with an air circulating apparatus consisting of a blower 21, a heater 23, a circulating duct 22 and nozzle units 11, 11" are provided to the respective regions so as to be symmetrically provided to the upper and rear surfaces of one set of the endless steel belts 1 having the raw material mixture applied thereto and the upper and rear surfaces of the polymerizable raw material are heated by hot air at the same time to be cooled. |
