PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure resin impregnation properties when a large-sized product is molded, to obtain a smooth surface inconspicuous in fiber bundles on a molded object and to enhance the out-of plane compression strength of a laminated mold object to obtain a good molded object in the production of a fiber reinforced resin composite. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced resin composite is produced by placing and laminating a mat-like material 12 having sufficient resin flow spaces therein and the mat-like reinforcing fibers 11 adjacent to the mat-like material 12 in a mold 1 performing injection molding and injecting a reactive resin compsn. into the mold to perform molding. Reinforcing fibers with length of 1-50mm are added to the reactive resin composition in a ratio of 5-60wt.%. The mat-like material 12 pref. has voids of 90% or more.
