PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove the air sealed in a print cartridge by a compact structure and a simple manipulation, by applying a pressure for opening a regulation valve from at least one pressure source. SOLUTION: A print cartridge 50 having an internal pressure regulation device is arranged in a first station 102 so that each nozzle 103 is directed downward. A rubber diaphragm 130 is provided to be connected to a needle 60 of the print cartridge 50. The needle 60 is extended from an ink introduction pipe 106 communicating with a regulation valve 107, and a piping 108 is coupled so that the needle 60 communicates with an ink reservoir 110 via a fluid. The first station 102 has a bellows 120 coupled to a lid body 114. When the lid body 114 descends to pressure a diaphragm bag member 78 in the print cartridge 50, the bellows 120 feeds an air pressure to the bag member 78 thereby opening the regulation valve 107 and discharging the air from a body part of the print cartridge 50. |
