COMPONENT WITH HIGH ZINC CONTENT OBTAINED FROM PLANT EMBRYO AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a component with a high zinc content useful as a material infantile nutritional foods, tube oral nutritional foods, nutritional supplementary foods, etc., from a plant embryo and prepare the component with the high zinc content obtained by the method. SOLUTION: An extract solution extracted from a plant embryo with water at <=70 deg.C temperature under acidic conditions of pH <=5.0 is regulated to pH >=6.0 or is heated at a temperature within the range of 70-100 deg.C to precipitate and separate a component with a high zinc content as an insoluble substance.
