PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture food which has not bubbles inside, in which peeling will not occur, and in which air discharge holes are not generated by discharging air to the external through an air discharge hole, and closing the hole in subsequent pressurizing. SOLUTION: A defoaming implement 1 comprises a pressurizing plate 2 which is vertically movable to pressurize the surface of food F being baked, and plural pins 6 formed to be vertically movable for boring air discharge holes P in the food F being baked, and set penetrating the pressurizing plate 2, where the pressurizing plate 2 and the pins 6 are vertically movable in separate timings. The air discharge holes P are bored by the pins 6 in the food F in a semisolid condition, and the pins 6 are retracted to apply pressure by the pressurizing plate 2, thereby air is discharged out through the air discharge holes P. |
