PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device for manufacturing fried food of octopus, cuttlefish and octopus legs capable of attaining the specially delicious fried food of crispy texture without moisture and substantially improving the yield of products. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device of fried octopus is provided with a seasoning machine for immersing the octopus in a seasoning liquid material and adding a base flavor to raw octopus, a baking machine for coating the outer surface of the octopus with the base flavor with starch and baking the octopus coated with the starch, a cooling machine 9 for cooling the baked food and a frying machine for turning it to the fried food with edible oil after cooling. For the cooling machine 9, both side faces are passed through, one is turned to an introduction port and the other is turned to a discharge port. A wire net shaped cooling machine main body 10 for forming an almost cylindrical shape provided with plural meshes whose diameter is 10-18 millimeters on an outer periphery and a rotating machine for rotating the cooling machine main body 10 in an axial direction are provided on an outer peripheral surface. The baked food is housed inside the cooling machine main body 10 from the introduction port and rotated, heat is removed from the food, the moisture is removed and dust or fine food pieces are removed from the meshes. |
