PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an inexpensive resin unit board useful in a case requiring an insulating function, and capable of simplifying the routing and improving operation efficiency by forming an intermediate layer out of an SMC obtained by formulating a degradable foaming agent of an organic compound. SOLUTION: An SMC obtained by formulating a degradable foaming agent of an organic compound is used as an intermediate layer of SMC layers when the laminated layers formed by laminating the semicured SMCs are integrated by heating and pressurizing. The foaming agent is, for example, 2,2- azobisisobutyronitrile, azohexahydrobenzonitrile, diazoaminobenzene, etc., and a glass fiber of a chopped fiber of a robing glass fiber is preferably added to the intermediate layer resin compound containing the foaming agent and formed into the intermediate layer SMC. |
