PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin-molded container which eliminates troubles in mandrel operation and in work during sealing and the defects of a product which are generated in the continuous production of the container from a resin tube by blow molding or vacuum forming and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a resin-molded container, a mold 1 is closed, the bottom part 32 of a resin tube 3 is sealed, an opening is held by vacuum-sucking the upper part 31 of the tube 3 by an upper part opening holding apparatus 4 installed in the upper part of the main body mold 1, a mandrel 2 is inserted, the tube 3 is molded into the shape of a container 7 by sending compressed air or vacuum sucking, with a packing material 6 injected from the mandrel 2, the apparatus 4 is pulled up with the upper part 31 vacuum-sucked, the upper part 31 to be a container opening part 7 is stretched until the upper part 31 has a desired wall thickness, the upper part is held by an opening part slide core 5, a container opening part 72 is sealed and simultaneously molded. |
