PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage by friction of a covering of a cord by forming a taking-out port into which a cold of an illuminating means can be inserted and a cord locking means to regulate a movement of the cord in the vicinity of the taking-out port, on a side wall of a mark part. SOLUTION: A cord inserting port 6 is formed on a side wall of a mark part 1, and a recessed part 8 is formed in a pedestal 2 under a taking-out port 5. Next, the cord inserting port 6 as a cord locking means is arranged by two pieces, and a cord 4 in the vicinity of the taking-out port 5 is fixed in a condition such as sewing a side wall of the mark part 1 by using the cord inserting ports 6, and the cord 4 moves in the taking-out port 5 while rubbing against it, and its covering is not damaged. Next, a depth of the recessed part 8 is selected so as to become larger than a maximum length of a cross section of the cord 4, and even when the so-called cone weight 12 is placed on the pedestal part 2, damage of the covering of the cord 4 by the cone weight 12 can be prevented, and when a width X of the recessed part 8 is narrowed, damage of the cord 4 can be prevented even when a human being steps on the pedestal part 2. |
