PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel sheet having a high weatherability for fittings capable of withstanding use in seaside districts and in which surface roughness in the bent part is inconspicuous. SOLUTION: This steel sheet is the one worked into fittings made of metal having a bent part, in which the total content of Cr and Mo is regulated, by weight, to >=18% (preferably, to >=22%, and more preferably, to >=27%), furthermore, the surface is applied with dulling or embossing or shot blasting finish with ruggedness of >=2μm Rz, having <=600N/mm<2> tensile strength and excellent in weather resistance and surface appearance after forming. The steel contains, by weight, 16 to 32% Cr, 0.5 to 6% Mo and 0 to 1.0% Nb and can furthermore contain one or more kinds of 0.05 to 0.5% Ti and 0.03 to 0.3% Al.
