PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the sliding resistance at the time of insertion and to improve operability by varying the friction resistance of the base end side and front end side of a medical treatment implement having the lubricative resin coatings. SOLUTION: The lubricative resin coating 5 of about 0.6% in concn. is applied on the base end side part of a guide wire 1. The lubricative resin coating 6 of about 0.2% in concn. is applied on the front end side thereof. A concn. gradient is further preferably imparted to the boundary between both lubricative resin coatings 5, 6. Natural water-soluble high polymers, such as carboxyl methyl starch, and synthetic water-soluble high-polymer materials, etc., such as polyvinyl alcohol, are usable for the lubricative resin coatings 5, 6. The front end side and the base end side may be coated with the different lubricative resin. The friction resistance of the base end 5 is preferably set >=2 times and <2.0 times the friction resistance of the front end 6. The good operability is obtd. and the smooth operation is made possible by such constitution. |
