PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and to reduce a regeneration cost by presenting recycle work varying with each of one unit and one piece for each of respective stages and enabling the exact and rapid work. SOLUTION: The identification information of recovered apparatus or parts is fetched from an input section 12 in the respective stages of the regeneration line. A work instruction section 13 obtains the characteristic information of the individual apparatus and parts corresponding to the input information from a characteristic information data base 16. Further, the information on a use history, exchange history, etc., is obtd. from a use record information data base 15 and the information indicating the remaining life from a parts life prediction system 17. Further, recycle and reuse processing data, work stage basic information, machine-by-machine reuse/discarded parts information are obtd. from a work instruction data base 14. The work contents and treatment procedures varying with each one unit of the apparatus, each one piece of the parts and each one stage are formed by using such information and are presented to the operator from a work presentation section 11. |
