PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cultivate field crops at sea by cropping the field crops on a cropping bed capable of moving on the sea by itself, moving the cropping bed on the sea while selecting the spot of weather suitable for the growth of the cropped field crops and growing them by water culture. SOLUTION: For instance, a water culture equipment for which the cropping beds of the three stages 10a, 10b and 10c of a fixed type are arranged stepwise is provided on the deck 21 of a ship 20. The respective cropping beds 10a-10c are constituted similarly to the one used for a conventional normal ground equipment, heights on the ship are made different from each other, front and back positions are shifted in a plane direction, they are disposed so as to overlap a part in a vertical direction through an oar 11 and further, a frame 12 for covering the entire cropping beds 10a-10c is provided. The cropping bed 10a at a highest stage is used for raising the crops requiring sunshine most and the cropping beds 10b and 10c and the overlapping parts 10b' and 10c' are used for raising the crops not requiring the sunshine so much or nor requiring it at all. |
