SOLUTION: This agent is prepared by containing a composition obtained through centrifugation and/or alcohol extraction of piscine testes originated from at least one kind selected from a group of herring order such as a herring, cod order such as a cod roe and an Alaska cod and Perucida such as a skipjack and a bonito, and preferably oils and fats-containing composition. The oils and fats-containing composition preferably contains tocopherol and/or L-ascorbyl fatty acid ester. |
