PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of a metal or ceramics constituting various apparatuses or structures, the corrosion and deterioration in insulating properties of the ceramics, a concrete, resins and a coating film and further improve the adhesion of the coating films as a pretreatment of coating. SOLUTION: This method for removing ionic substances sticking to a metal, ceramics, a concrete and a resin and a coating film comprises ionizing the ionic substances with a polar solvent, scavenging the ions with an ion exchangeable material and then removing the ionic substances. The composition for removing the ionic substances comprises the polar solvent required to ionize the ionic substances and the ion exchangeable material required to scavenge the ions. |
