INJECTION MATERIAL AND INJECTION PROCESS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an injection material capable of easily controlling a coagulation time without polluting underground water caused by elution of harmful components and useful for dam construction, etc., with simplifying an injecting operation by containing a silica sol, etc., and a slurry which contains calcium silicate hydrate. SOLUTION: This injection material consists of (A) a silica sol or a silica alumina complex sol (solution A) and (B) a slurry which contains calcium silicate hydrate (solution B). It is preferable to carry out an injection process by mixing the solution A with the solution B of the injection material and injecting the mixture into the ground. A coagulation time of the injection material is preferably controlled by selecting a molar ratio of Ca/Si of the calcium silicate hydrate in the solution B. The solution B is preferably brought to have <=1.3 essential molar ratio of Ca/Si in the calcium silicate hydrate.
