PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat with a built-in safety belt equipped with an adjusting device which can adjust the position of a safety belt to the shoulder position of an occupant regardless of the intention of the occupant. SOLUTION: This seat 1 is consisted of a chair 2 and a chair back 3, and a winding device 5 of a safety belt 6 is attached on the chair back 3. In this case, the chair back 3 is provided with at least a detecting means to detect a shoulder height 29a of an occupant 29 and an adjusting means 4 which can move up and down freely, so that the safety belt 6 can be pulled out at almost a level position after the height of an entrance 3a of the safety belt 6 from the chair back 3 and the detecting position of the detecting means are set almost the same height by the detecting means. |
