PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle integrally molded together with the neck on injection molding of preform, which is formed so as to be vertically rotatable around the connected basal part at both sides of the neck and which can freely change the position of the handle in accordance with using conditions. SOLUTION: A handle of the side face of the neck formed by the injection molding together with the neck of preform is used as the handle 6 of a thin bottle 1 formed by the orientation blow molding as it is. The handle 6 has a U-shaped body made by the integral forming of the grip 61 and both side arms. And both arms 62 are integrally formed with basal part 7 of the projected pieces formed at symmetrical positions of both sides of the neck and formed longer than the height of the neck so as to connect to each other. The boundary between the basal part 7 and the arm 62 is made thin to form a vertically bendable connection part.
