PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mold high density solid matter reduced in foaming even from waste plastic containing impurities by a small-sized apparatus. SOLUTION: This molding apparatus is provided with a heating extruder for heating and melting plastic to emit the same from an emitting part 2a under predetermined pressure and a molding machine 15 connected to the emitting part 2a of the heating extruder and the molding machine 15 is constituted by arranging and forming cavities 21 opened at one ends thereof to a freely rotatable rotary member 20 at a predetermined pitch centering around the rotary shaft of the rotary member 20 and fitting mold release jigs in the cavities in a slidable manner and a pressure member 26 opposing the emitting part 2a of the heating extruder 1 to the opening parts of the cavities 21a, 21b arriving at a predetermined place and moving the mold release jig of each cavity 21 positioned on an anti-rotary side with respect to the emitting part 2a toward the opening of the cavity 21 is provided.
