PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress secondary flow and advance of a boundary layer by setting a circumferential direction curve amount of a stationary blade or a moving blade in a large amount on a front stage side, or in a small amount on a rear stage side. SOLUTION: The maximum curve rateδc1 of a circumferential direction of a blade having a short blade length which is used on a front stage side, and the maximum curve rateδc2 of a circumferential direction of a blade having a long blade length which is used on a rear stage side, meets a relation ofδc1>δc2. The maximum curve rateδc3 of an axial direction of the blade having the short blade length which is used on the front stage side, and the maximum curve rateδc4 of an axial direction of the blade having the long blade length which is used on the rear stage side, meets a relation ofδc3>δc4. In the blade having the short blade length which is used on the front stage side, since the rate of a secondary flow region accounted in a blade length direction is larger than that of the blade having the long blade length which is used on the rear stage side, the rate of the maximum curve rateδc1 orδc3 is set in a high level in the blade having the short blade length which is used on the front stage side, and the maximum curve rateδc2 orδc4 is set to a low level in the blade having the long blade length which is used on the rear stage side so as to suppress the secondary flow and advance of a boundary layer effectively.
