INK JET RECORDING HEAD, EQUIPMENT FOR INSPECTING INK JET RECORDING HEAD, AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check the operation of an ink jet recording head through simple arrangement. SOLUTION: The recording head 15 comprises an ink tank section 17 for containing conductive ink liquid, and an ink jet part 16 for jetting an ink liquid droplet. Every time when each jetting part of the recording head 15 is driven, a recording head inspecting section 11 detects the voltage of an electrode 18 disposed in the ink tank section 17 at a voltage detecting section 14. A decision is then made whether the ink liquid is fed from the ink tank section 17 to the ink jet part 16 based on the detected voltage and the ink jet part 16 is checked for normal operation.
