SOLUTION: The operation actual result data (kind of steels, plate thickness, plate width, weight, rolling temperature, extraction pitch, etc.), of the rolling equipment and a difference between electric power integrated values from the completion of the take-up of a rolled stock by a take-up machine in the precious time to the completion of the take-up in this time, is stored altogether in a data base in a calculator as actual measured data for each rolled stock, and the data is accumulated. According to this data, the preliminarily accumulated amount of use of the electric power, which conforms to manufacture specification instruction and present extraction pitch, is retrieved and extracted, and the amount of use of the electric power of the rolling equipment within a designated time is forecast. When a possibility that the amount of use of the electric power exceeds an electric power supply capacity, occurs, a difference (adjusting electric energy) between the amount of use of the electric power and the electric power supply capacity is calculated, and the extraction pitch of the rolling equipment, which corresponds to the adjusting electric energy, is adjusted.
