<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering material high in material strength and having an excellent high temp. wear resistance. SOLUTION: This alloy has a total compsn. composed of, by weight, 1.35 to 19.61% Ni, 0.9 to 11.05% Cr, 1.44 to 9.09% Mo, 3.6 to 20.05% Co, 0.018 to 0.26% V, 0.1 to 0.75% Si, 0.35 to 1.5% C, and the balance Fe. It has a metallic structure in which primary hard phases in which hard phases mainly composed of Mo silicaides form the nuclei and diffusion phases in which Co is diffused surround the circumference thereof and secondary hard phases in which hard phases composed of Cr carbides form the nuclei and mixed phases of ferrite and austenite surround the circumference thereof are respectively dispersed into a mixed structure of martensite, sorbite and austenite.</p> |
