<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record on a body to be plotted such variable information as a lot number, plotting date and conditions at the time of recording a plotting pattern, in recording in a laser plotting device based on plotting pattern raster data, by properly imparting variable information raster data to this plotting pattern raster data and recording the variable information also together with the plotting pattern. SOLUTION: Plotting pattern vector data is stored in the first memory area of a vector memory 90A in a plotting data processing circuit 90. Various originating coding vectors are stored in the second memory area and processed into variable information vector data to be stored in the third memory area. Then, with the vector data converted by each partition in a raster conversion circuit 90B, the part of the plotting pattern raster data is written in the first bit map memory 90D while the variable information raster data is written in the second bit map memory 90E. The written data is developed through a synchronizing circuit into an output system in a manner synthesized by each partition.</p> |
