<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the infiltration of a spatter caused during laser working into the lower surface of the piston of an elevated free bare plate, by receiving the spatter infiltrated from between a cartridge and the free bare plate elevated during laser working, in a spatter receiving groove. SOLUTION: During laser working, a spatter S is caused from a work piece, and is attracted from the opening part 1A of a cartridge 1 to be collected in a lower part via a duct 12; and also part of the spatter S is infiltrated from a gap between an elevated free bare plate 3 and the cartridge 1. But a spatter receiving groove 2 is provided over the whole outside surface 1B of the cartridge 1, consequently the spatter S infiltrated from the gap is received in the spatter receiving groove 2 to be inhibited entering into the lower surface of a piston 4.</p> |
