<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply separate of a gaseous mixture with reduced energy consumption by specifying a pressure at the time of adsorption and an O2 concn. at an outlet at an adsorption device and also specifying a vacuum pressure, etc., of the adsorption device at the time of desorption in a two bed type adsorption device with an adsorbent packed respectively. SOLUTION: Two adsorption devices A and B with the adsorbent such as molecular sieve zeolite packed respectively, and at the time of adsorption of the gaseous mixture, air is introduced to the adsorption device A in almost ambient pressure or the gaseous mixture is introduced to the adsorption device A in a pressure in which excess pressure is less than 0.5bar. Then nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed based on the oxygen so that a product gas having a high oxygen amount of 60-96vol.% O2 conc. at an outlet end of the adsorption device A may be obtained. After finishing the adsorption, the nitrogen and a water content are deadsorbed to regenerate the adsorption device A by regulating a vacuum exhaust gas so that the lowest pressure level of 100-600mbar may be obtained and actuating draw-in force as a counterflow to the adsorption.</p> |
