<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound container and a method for manufacturing it by which the compound container can be produced with good productivity, the compound container excelling in waterproofness, tightness of seal, gas-barrier property, suitableness to heat sealing, heat-insulating property, ability to retain heat, mechanical strength of the container, and in the way in which the compound container can be disposed of after use. SOLUTION: A compound container 10 is formed by using a pulp-molding formed container 1 on the outer side and by laminating its inside surface including its flange 3a throughout with a plastic formed layer 2 by vacuum forming or vacuum-pressure forming in a manner of forming them into one integral body. Where an adhesive layer, such as one of thermally adhesive resin, is provided on the above-mentioned laminated surface, the quality and thickness of the adhesive layer are so adjusted as to make it weakly adhesive and removable. To carry out vacuum forming or vacuum-pressure forming plug-assist forming is applicable. It is also possible to dispense with a female mold and by using the pulp-molding formed container 1 as a female mold the compound container 10 can be produced through forming, laminating, and formation into one integral body.</p> |
