<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction indicator which can prevent traffic accident resulting from missing of checking the advancing direction by structuring the direction indicator so that its lamp on the indication side blinks when the indicator is operated while the lamp on the opposite side lights up, wherein the blinking and lighting are made simultaneously by the use of an electric system, and thereby allowing any person at the site to view the given indication on either side of the car without risk of missing. SOLUTION: When a direction indicator at the driver seat having a function of simultaneous operation of blinking and lighting up is turned right, the right lamps 3 in the front and rear of the car body 5 will blink 1 while the left lamps 4 are lighted up 2. When the indicator is turned left, the left lamps blink while the right are lighted up. Therefore, either side lamps blink while the others light up if the indicator is operated, and any person at the site can perceive the given indication without risk of missing.</p> |
