PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device constituted so as to be held to the optimum atmosphere according to the heating target at the neighbor side of a heating body, and a combustion method thereof. SOLUTION: This combustion device is provided with at least one burner 10 composed of an air injecting hole 20 arranged on a furnace wall 81 and injectable to preheated air at >=800 deg.C or the preheated air at >=800 deg.C and primary fuel, a neighbor fuel injecting hole 30 and a remote fuel injecting hole 40 arranged at the neighbor side and the remote side to the heating body 90 to the air injecting hole 20 and injectable to secondary fuel, respectively. Then, the atmosphere at the neighbor side of the heating body 90 is made to adjustable to an arbitrary state in the oxidizing or the reducing state and the ratio of the fuel supplying quantities to the neighbor fuel injecting hole 30 and the remote fuel injecting hole 40 is made to adjustable according to the necessity. |
