PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously feed a wire without intermitting machining or requiring the working with hand by composing of forming a butt part and welding the part during a wire of a prescribed length stored in an accumulator being fed with a wire feeding means to a machining device. SOLUTION: All a wire 3A is fed away from a coil 2A, then, when the rear end is reached to a butting device 12, the rear end of the wire 3A is clamped. In this time, the wire 3A stored with the action of an accumulator 14 is fed to a press machine 7 with a feeding device 6. At the same time, a slider 11 is shifted, the top end of the wire 3B of a coil 2B is fed in a butting device 12 with a feeding roller 11B. The butting device 12 cuts aslant the this top end and the rear end of the wire 3A and then butts them in a straight line like. Then, the butt parts are welded with a laser welding machine 13. After welding, clamping of the wires 3A, 3B is released, and the wire 3B is fed to the press machine 7. |
