PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the surface finishing treatment of an object to be treated and also perform uniform surface treatment by eliminating nonuniform treatment. SOLUTION: Treatment materials 62 and 63 and an object to be treated 61 are stored in a treatment chamber 11 and the treatment chamber 11 is oscillated, the treatment materials and the object to be treated are fluidized largely while they are contacted and collided repeatedly to each other to perform surface treatment efficiently, and the treatment chamber 11 is rotated for intermittent feeding at proper intervals so as to largely mix a fluidized bed 64 in vertical direction to eliminate the dead zone of grinding part. Also the entire surfaces of the object to be ground 61 is surface treated uniformly and the treatment chamber 11 is continuously or intermittently oscillated reciprocatedly around an axis crossed at right angle to an oscillating axis so as to prevent the treatment material from being stratified thus producing nonuniform surface treatment. Thus the entire surfaces of even a complicated object to be treated are surface treated uniformly. |
