PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply set reference information in a game machine or its peripheral devices by use of a recording medium by providing a recording medium writing means for writing reference information in a setting recording medium for stoking reference information and setting reference information in the game machine or its peripheral devices. SOLUTION: The same standards as those of a game card 100 are used for a setting card 200 as a recording medium, and similarly to the game card 100, the card 200 is inserted in a card processor 21 to input reference information, whereby the reference information can be set in a Pachinko (pinball game) machine 20 and its peripheral devices through a machine management device 22.
