PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate without laser direct dampening water having excellent printability, by providing high sensitivity, high plate wear resistance, satisfactory ink adherability with excellent balance thereof. SOLUTION: This printing plate sequentially comprises at least a photosensitive layer containing near infrared absorbent and a silicone rubber layer from a base plate side on the plate. In this case, thermal conductivity of a base material for constituting the plate at 300K (27 deg.C) is 0.1 to 0.2W/mK, and a density of the base material is 0.5 to 2.0g/cm<3> . |
