PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a bulb accidental firing preventing aerosol can which is safe in using and easily machined with well utilizing the characteristic of a pure aluminum blank by executing anyone machining of cutting, slitting, thin wall machining or drilling against a bead part or an opening top end in before or post machining of the bead machining after necking. SOLUTION: In the time of producing a can body by impact-forming a stab of pure aluminum, in necking to draw an opening part of the can body of the final process, after executing bead machining to form a bead part 2, cutting is executed. That is, by executing cutting in the axial direction of the can body 1, cutting parts 3 of plural numbers, for example, three places are formed on the bead part 2 of the can body 1. The machining like this is executed easily because the aluminum as the raw material of the can has the characteristic being soft. When the internal pressure is raised, the elastic deformation is generated because the neighborhood of the cutting part 3 is made weak, and the clearance is generated between the bead part 2 and a mounting cap. |
