摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation method having high separation efficiency and optimum of the conditions given by a physical model for separation efficiency of gas dissolved in various kinds of solution and to provide a separator therefor. SOLUTION: This separator is constituted so that dissolved gas dissolved in specified solution 6 stored in a gas separator body 1 is separated by blowing aeration gas in from a feed nozzle 3 of different kind than that of the dissolved gas. In this case, based on the following physical model, the shape of the gas separator body 1, the kind and flow rate of the aeration gas, and the diameter of a nozzle are selected. The physical model: (1) in the case dissolved gas is not fed (Fw=0), separation efficiency = 1-exp (-αFg.L.t/V), (2) in the case dissolved gas is continuously fed (Fw), separation efficiency = 1-exp (-αFg.L/ Fw),α=6.K/(Ug.d), where Fw = fed flow rate of dissolved gas, K = liquid film mass transfer coefficient, Fg = fed flow rate of aeration gas, Ug = rate of climb of bubble of aeration gas, L = height of gas separator body (depth of water), d = diameter of bubble of aeration gas, V = volume of gas separator body (water quantity).
