The pipe has an inner pipe (15) with a detent-bar extending axially; the detent bar having holes into which at least one locking piece is fitted. The locking piece is held inside a guide sleeve (12) partly gripping over the inner pipe and positioned on the outer pipe (11). The guide sleeve is enclosed by an operating sleeve (13). The end of the operating sleeve pointing away from the outer pipe and is joined to a ring-cap (14). The ring-cap is movable in relation to the guide sleeve. Between the operating sleeve and the ring cap is a groove (37) containing a circular bar-spring (20) positioned on the outer surface of the guide sleeve. |
