The fastener (1) shaft (4) fits into a body work hole and has a disc head (5) going over into the shaft via a cylindrical piece (6) ringed by a sealing pressed onto the body when assembled. The body hole for the shaft consists of a sheet-metal nut and the shaft is threaded. The body work is embossed to cup shape (9) having the hole in the centre and an additional cylindrical part of smaller diameter (7) between shaft and part (6) reaches into the cup shape (9) on assembly. Part (7) has a peripherally radiating sealing lip (8) and should taper conically towards the free end of the shaft. The sealing edge of the first part (6) forms a peripheral sealing lip (3) which radiates outward towards the free end of the shaft. The part (6) has a socket (14) for a screw-driver and is fitted here with a split ring (15) used to hold the screw-driver prior to installation.
