<p>Disclosed is a method for the correction of a physiological parameter of the organism, the disfunction of said parameter being unrelated to organic changes. The method involves the evaluation of the levels of energy in the channels using the Acaban test for observation, and the simultaneous recording of the physiological parameter to be corrected, the mathematical analysis of the Acaban test data, the identification of the channel most effective in influencing the regulation of the physiological parameter, and the subsequent stimulation of the 'entry-exit' points of the identified channels. Stimulation is performed using modified infrared radiation with a power density of 10-150 mW/cm2 at a constant frequency of 12-35 Hz and a relative duration of 1.3-4.0 until regulation of the physiological parameter occurs; the regime is adapted to the individual whereby stimulation is performed for 5-100 seconds and the interval duration is 1-200 minutes. A device for implementing the method, operating on a 'request' basis, comprises a body (1), inside of which is disposed a sensor for the physiological parameter (2), a control unit (3), a commutation unit (4), an infrared-pulse generator (5), and an element for stimulating the biologically active points (6) in the form of an infrared emitter. The sensor (2) is connected to the entry point of the control unit (3), the exit point of this unit and the exit point of the infrared-pulse generator (5) being connected with the infrared emitter through the commutation unit (4). The device can be shaped like a ring or thimble to be worn on the end phalanx of the finger.</p> |
