The piston engine, as a two-stroke or four-stroke or diesel motor, has a seal with a smooth cylindrical outer wall as a plunger (2) for the pressure circulation oil lubrication. The sealing and oil scraper rings (4,8) are at the end of the combustion cylinder (3) in the cylinder block (1). An entry (5) and outlet (6) opening is between the sealing and oil scraper rings (4,8). At least one passage opening has an external rotating slide control (15,16), to give a two-stroke engine with a reverse flushing action.
