A impedance converting device has an impedance-adjustable conductor (11) electromagnetically connected between a signal conductor (10a) and a reference conductor (10b). The impedance-adjustable conductor includes a plurality of connection regions (13) each providing a different impedance. An impedance difference between adjacent ones of the connection regions is determined depending on a pattern of the impedance-adjustable conductor.
