Assembly couples electrical and magnetic energy fields to enhance application properties

An assembly couples electrical and magnetic energy fields. The magnetic field is generated by permanent magnets or electro-magnets with any arrangement of suitable magnetic field coils (2, 3, 9). The electrical field is generated by two or more electrodes (4, 5, 5', 6, 8). The fields are so coupled that the field lines of both overlap within an angle of 0-90 deg . The phase angles between both fields is zero and the two fields are propagated through a solid, liquid or gaseous medium or a biological system.
