A three-dimensional guide apparatus which can bear a large load and can be used for construction of vibration isolation for buildings. The three-dimensional guide apparatus comprises a base (23), a first curved guide device (21) disposed above the base (23) and having an arcuate path, a second curved guide device (22) disposed above the first curved guide device (21) and having a movement plane intersecting a movement plane of the first curved guide device in an arcuate path, and an intermediate member (24) disposed and connecting between the first curved guide device (21) and the second curved guide device (22). The first and second curved guide devices (21, 22) each comprise a track rail (1), a bearing block (10), a cover member (13) and a multiplicity of balls (9).
