Forked holder for tooth-cleaning silk thread

The silk is stored inside the handle or in the middle part of the holder. It is passed via guides over the fork prong top ends, being parted off at the opposite side. After use it can be passed back for reuse several times over. The thread can be wound onto a spool, and guided in U-shaped mountings and fixed by a clip. Ribs on the clip can fit in grooves in the mountings, so as to grip the thread.
