<p>The process comprises the mixing of purines with cattle manure, hen manure and saw dust or an equivalent vegetal absorbent, the mixture being homogenized in a vat provided with agitation means. The obtained mixture or biomass is deposited in the form of heaps and is stirred, turned, and tedded during approximately 11 days. The biomass is then displaced to one end of the plant wherein it is collected to be further deposited on maturation areas or is conveyed to a parallel plant for grinding, drying, maturation or pelletizing. The obtained product is a natural fertilizer which may be used directly as a fertilizer or as raw material for other industrial processes.</p> |
